By using any of the services of errands.cc, client agrees with the terms and conditions set forth by errands.cc, inc. Client understands and agrees that all invoice payments are to be received in full within seven days in order to qualify for the discount invoice rate, after seven days client agrees to pay the full non-discount rate as shown on the invoice. In addition the client acknowledges that any loss or damage claims may not exceed fifty dollars. All claims, including claims for late and non-delivery, must be received in writing via email within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. Errands.cc, inc. is not responsible for any concealed damage. All service charges must be paid in full for any damage claims to be accepted.
